***Le poste étant situé aux États-Unis, la description de poste est disponible uniquement en anglais.******As this position in based in the United States, the job description is available in English only.***_Associate Creative Producer - Affiliate Shows Division (ASD)Full-Time PositionWe are looking for our next Associate Creative Producer to join our Affiliate Show Division’s Creative amp; Production team. The main objective of this role is to deliver high-quality productions to meet the exemplary standards of VStar and Affiliate Show Divisions, as well as brand partners. Based on creative briefs, the Associate Creative Producer will produce new show content from conception to final deliverables with a specialization over Scenic amp; Technical Production. They will define project scope, develop timelines and milestones, plan and manage budget allocations, facilitate reviews and communication, and ensure every project delivery meets production timelines, quality standards and budget targets. The Associate Creative Producer will solve technical and aesthetic production challenges, collaborate with creative, design, technical, and operations teams as well as manage vendor, contractor and brand partner relationships.The Associate Creative Producer will have the opportunity to:- Identify and engage appropriate internal and external partners/vendors/designers and creators for each job and will manage teams to see creative assignments through from concept to delivery;- Take creative ownership (manage full process from conceptual to execution) and provide high quality and unique concepts to meet the individual challenges of each job inclusive of project timelines, milestones, schedules; IP partner submission and approval process; creative team personality management led through influence and position of knowledge for VStar company parameters for the project; conflict resolution to arrive at best idea scenario for production; and overall stewardship of the process;- Provide a unique vision for the final product aesthetic and functionality and clearly communicate that vision to all relevant partners;- Liaise with all levels of the Production/Creation/Design departments to ensure efficient workflow, exchange of information and communication between all departments;- Liaise with all creative partners and internal departments to ensure deadlines are established and met and the original vision for the project is realized at the highest brand aesthetic and technical standards;- Maintain a list of all resources, asset requests, drawing packages and track resource assignments and schedules across all teams;- Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot creative and production challenges;- Be the leading day-to-day steward of work on each assigned project from inception to delivery;- Develop and maintain strong industry connections and be a person partners and vendors LOVE working with;- Achieve goals by using skills to maximize the motivation of co-workers and direct reports;- Assist others in achieving success within overall corporate goals, policies, and procedures;- Preplan, anticipate what needs to be done and act in advance; Develop new work tasks, execute and apply innovative methods and skills;- Develop and effectively communicate and disseminate proposals for new touring and operational models;- Effectively deliver directions, assignments, conduct training sessions and establish expectations on performance to direct reports;- Actively participate in decisions relating to the selection, promotion, transfer and pay of direct reports and assigned personnel;- Understand and administer in a fair and equitable manner the companies’ policies and standards of conduct with regards to appropriate etiquette and performance by following HR’s process on documentation, coaching and counseling;- Perform duties and responsibilities under minimal supervision, recognizing when assistance is required;- All other work-related duties as assigned.What does it take for this role? The following hard skills are the basics of what’s needed to be successful in this position: - BA or MBA in Theater, Broadcast, TV and Film, Mass Communications or a related field (MBA preferred);- 10+ years' experience in theatrical or stage production, creative agency or production company;- Proven knowledge of production process and best practices;- Foundational experience in performance, casting, theatrical stage management and production;- Ability to carry out assignments timely, thoroughly, neatly, and accurately. Attention to detail and quality;- Touring experience in the Entertainment Industry highly recommended for success in the position;- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, construction drawings, safety manuals and budgets; - Ability to solve practical problems and interpret diverse instru
