Athletic Greens (AG) is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Product to join our team and collaborate closely with the VP of Engineering in delivering high-quality digital products that align with our business objectives focused on Supply Chain amp; Finance. As a Senior TPM, you will work alongside other TPMs to develop and own technical product roadmaps. You will support cross-functional teams, foster collaboration with business product managers, and play a pivotal role in driving the technical product strategy from ideation to launch. By partnering with engineering and design teams, you will define and deliver innovative solutions that address our customers' needs. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical background in supply chain management, exceptional project management skills, a natural delivery mindset, and a passion for building impactful technical products.
- Develop and own the technical product roadmap for supply chain and finance initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive the technical product strategy from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality digital products aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Work closely with operations teams and third party vendors focused on 3PLs, inventory sourcing, and manufacturing to optimize supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.
- Foster collaboration with business product managers and business leaders to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to drive effective technical product delivery.
- Utilize strong technical expertise in supply chain management and finance to guide decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management and finance systems.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost savings.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to define and deliver innovative solutions.
- Measure and analyze product performance, leveraging data analytics to drive continuous improvements in supply chain and finance operations.
- Champion process efficiency, cost control, and accurate financial reporting within technical product development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize technical product development processes.
- Advocate for the technical product strategy, seeking buy-in and support from stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, with a focus on leading the development of software products.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience working with technology, including experience in software development, technical product management, or related roles.
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis techniques in the supply chain and finance domains.
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering and scaling digital products.
- Experience with APIs, data analytics, and financial systems integration.
- Experience working with commerce platforms, 3PLs, payment gateways, OMS, PLM platforms is preferred.
- Engineering, data flows, integrations, and solution architecture, and/or coding experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and subscription platforms is a plus.
- A strong partner and guide to our technical leads, and business stakeholders.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment and proficiency in using Agile tools and methodologies.
