We are looking for a talented Architectural Millwork Project Manager to join our team at Geo J Rothan Co. As a leader in producing fine architectural millwork, we are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage our projects and ensure their timely and efficient completion. Our company specializes in commercial and residential woodworking, doors, and door hardware. Our expert carpenters, who have combined experience of over 200 years, allow us to design and fabricate almost anything the customer can dream up. From standard items such as cabinets and doors to highly customized cabinets, desks, bars, and counters, we produce and sell it all. Responsibilities
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility
- Create detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resources required
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring projects remain within budget and deadlines are met
- Oversee and manage all project activities, ensuring standard operating procedures are adhered to consistently
- Provide guidance and support to project team members, including project engineers and carpenters, to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and internal team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, specifically in architectural millwork
- Two years' experience in a related field such as construction management, engineering, or architecture
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural millwork, including materials, construction techniques, and finishing methods
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant project management tools such as INNERGY
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to adhere to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
