Job Types: Full Time amp; Part Time
Salary: $18.25-$18.50/hr
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to read and assess patient's plan of care
- Observe and monitor changes in patient condition
- Assist patients by providing personal services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep, feeding, toileting etc.
- Provide medication reminders
- Maintain a healthy and stable environment where both the patient and family feel safe
