We are seeking a Vice President of Sales with experience selling into the hospitality and retail industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth and scaling sales teams in growth-stage companies.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive growth.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners in the hospitality and retail industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance and progress towards goals.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competition, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of sales experience with a track record of success in selling to the hospitality industry.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing a sales team in a growth-stage company.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
