Our team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic part-time Marketing Manager to deploy and manage marketing efforts both internally and through outsourced service providers.
Job Overview:
- Develop, maintain, and provide direction for newsletters, emails, social media campaigns, sales collateral, etc.
- Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
- Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
- Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s marketing programs and campaigns
- Organize and manage initiatives including the onboarding of marketing tech and liaising with external vendors
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Refine ZIZO’s story to emphasize our unique mission and goals, bringing more visibility to the platform
- Oversee website maintenance
- Source, organize and store marketing assets personally and/or through outside vendors
- Act as the ZIZO’s voice and communicate vision for marketing campaigns to outside vendors and internal team
- Manage paid ad campaigns and engage vendors for assistance
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
- Past work experience in marketing (2-4 years minimum) or similar role and a strong desire to learn and grow quickly
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
