The Event Coordinator will be planning fundraisers and coordinating events of varying sizes.
Requirements
Previous education/experience in non-profit fundraising a plus; Previous experience planning, coordinating, and running large and small scale events; Previous experience leading or managing teams; Ability to establish a pleasant and positive work environment; Working well under pressure, independently and with a team; Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with the community outside of MCA, coordinate with other departments and recruit volunteers; Work with and relate positively and pastorally to parents, students, MCA Staff, with staff of other campus departments, and outside vendors; Reliable organizational and administration skills; Ability to prioritize, multitask, be creative and resourceful with budget and supplies; Proficiency with Google Workspace, communicating professionally and effectively orally and in writing; Be physically able to use a computer with basicproficiency, lift a minimum of 30 pounds, engage in physical activity, and work indoors or outdoors; Must be a member in good standing of Mannahouse or a like-minded church, including consistent attendance, ministry participation, and tithing.
