Citadel at Home, a premier home health care provider, is seeking a Home Care HR Coordinator to join our growing team in the Hospital amp; Health Care industry. This position is responsible for managing the hiring process, maintaining employee records, and supporting our team of compassionate caregivers who serve clients across the Hudson/Bergen/Essex County Area. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and onboarding process for all new hires
- Maintain employee files and ensure that all personnel information is up to date
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and procedures
- Develop and implement employee training programs
- Coordinate employee recognition and appreciation initiatives
- Manage leave requests, including FMLA and other employment-related absences
- Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially as they relate to the healthcare industry
