The Bright School is looking for an energetic responsible individual who is interested in working with children who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, or Language Delayed. No experience is required but is encouraged and appreciated.

The Bright School is an Early Intervention Program for children from 16 months to 5 years of age. We follow a typical preschool schedule that includes: art, language activities, circle time, sensory activities, music therapy, early literacy activities, etc.

The children enrolled are continually tracked to ensure that they are progressing in all areas of development.

• Follow daily preschool routine
• Support classroom teacher during all activities.
• Participate in outside activities.
• Small clean up routine.
• Practice safety guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with other staff members.

Requirements

• Criminal Background Check
• Sign Language experience is appreciated but not required
• Willingness to learn and work with special needs children
