Sports Affiliate Manager - iGaming

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing media company searching for a skilled sports Affiliate Manager with expertise in iGaming and strong connections with operators in the USA market. As our Affiliate Manager, you will manage our iGaming affiliate accounts, develop and implement strategies to drive traffic and revenue, and nurture relationships with affiliate partners, with a focus on sportsbooks.

Responsibilities:

• Manage our iGaming affiliate accounts and drive traffic and revenue growth
• Ensure our websites and campaigns are up-to-date with offers and promotions around most popular sports betting events in USA
• Identify and recruit new affiliate partners and develop strong relationships with existing partners
• Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
• Develop and implement strategies to increase affiliate performance and optimize conversions
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to the management team
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content, product, and development) to ensure affiliate program alignment with overall company goals
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes in the iGaming market
• Attend industry events and conferences to represent our company and expand our network

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate management within the iGaming industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing an affiliate business/accounts
• A strong network of contacts and relationships with operators in the USA market
• Strong understanding of USA sports betting market
• Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to analyze affiliate performance data
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
