The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing direct patient care in a hospital setting. RNs work under the supervision of physicians and other healthcare professionals to assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide care to patients. RNs must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems and needs
- Develop and implement nursing care plans
- Collaborate with health care team members to manage care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Document patient care and progress
- Educate patients and their families about medical treatment plans
- Respond to medical emergencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize patient care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license.
- One year of experience as an RN in a hospital setting.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
- Valid and active registered nurse (RN) license in the appropriate jurisdiction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and professionalism in patient care.
- Knowledge of relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care.
- Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.
- Document patient care in the medical record.
- Work independently and as part of a team to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Handle a variety of tasks and responsibilities, including responding to emergencies and managing patient care.
