As a Senior Technical Accountant, you will work with clients to provide tailored advisory services related to complex accounting issues. • Provide technical accounting support to clients, addressing complex accounting issues with confidence.
• Advise clients on the implementation of new accounting standards and regulatory changes, leveraging your expertise to drive successful adoption.
• Assist clients with financial reporting and disclosure matters, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare technical accounting memos to support and document accounting conclusions.
• Collaborate closely with clients' cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate and implement accounting initiatives.
• Identify and resolve accounting issues through thorough research and analysis.
• Offer expertise and recommendations to clients on internal controls and operational improvements for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of technical accounting experience, including experience at a public accounting firm
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles and familiarity with SEC reporting guidelines
• Experience with accounting systems and financial reporting tools
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to research and explain complex accounting issues
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment.
