Summary of role:
M-Files, Inc is looking for a talented and motivated Sr Manager, Digital Marketing to drive our North America digital marketing efforts on our Growth team and help us drive pipeline generation across multiple channels. This player-coach will be responsible for developing and executing our digital growth strategy across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable leveraging our extensive tech stack, diving into our data to understand which levers to pull and working side by side with the digital team to execute.
What you will be doing/Responsibilities and Duties:
- Leading and executing digital and demand generation strategies and tactics to educate the market, driving brand awareness, generating sales-ready leads, and nurturing our existing sales funnel, directly increasing market demand and sales pipeline.
- Tracking and reporting digital marketing key performance indicators and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for accelerating lead generation and brand awareness.
- Collecting, monitoring, and analyzing the performance of digital campaigns (email, social, paid media, website) to optimize performance and re-allocate spend as needed.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, publications, product messaging and positioning, and key business needs, and adjust digital content and strategy accordingly.
- Managing and regularly optimizing amp; reporting on assigned campaigns to meet goals, including bid amp; budget management, forecasting etc.
- Analyzing results and present suggestions for new platforms, audiences, or campaigns
Requirements
Who you are/Qualifications and Skills:
- 5-6 years of paid digital ads experience (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, 3rd party platforms)
- Comfortable designing strategy and working alongside the team to execute
- 5+ years of experience using GA (Experience with GA4 is a plus) and GSC
- Experience analyzing and reporting on data to key stakeholders and using findings to drive decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally and globally- this role works with teammates in North America and Europe and may require some flexibility in hours
- Proven and effective market research skills
- Strong organizational skills and the experience to multitask and work on several projects at once
- Extremely self-motivated with the ability to work independently when needed
