DroneUp is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to provide transformational leadership and operational excellence to the TA function. This individual will be responsible for effectively leading a team of TA professionals, and supporting the entire recruitment lifecycle: strategically sourcing, securing and retaining talent for both HQ and Field positions.
Responsibilities
- Transformational Leader: able to inspire and empower, creating a best-in-class TA team
- Servant Leader: leads team from the front by rolling up sleeves and supporting at all levels
- Team Player: partner of HR and PM teams to streamline and improve people experience
- Forward Thinking Strategist: researches, creates and implements (non) traditional TA practices
- Executive Presence: confident meeting with C-Suite leaders to review and plan for hiring needs
- Multifunctional Recruiter: capable of interviewing for all positions, all levels of the business
- Organizational Designer: comfortable making title and salary recommendations for alignment
- Data Analytics: provides effective recruitment metrics to both team and business leaders
- Vendor Partnerships: manages 3rd party vendor relationships for organizational needs
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Leader (3+ years)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven track record of success in a recruiting role for multiple positions concurrently
- Sound knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to advise and liaise across all levels of the organization
- Capability to handle challenging issues in a diverse and dynamic environment
- Well developed and highly effective organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
- Willingness to travel

Salary:
$115,000 - $135,000#LI-HYBRID
