We are recruiting for a HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits Analyst.

Location

Infleqtion has 6 office locations, operating out of Austin, TX; Boulder/Louisville, CO; Madison, WI; Chicago, IL; Oxford, UK; and Melbourne, AU. This position is a full-time, hybrid position which will be located in Louisville, CO.

Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the newly hired analyst will act as the primary point-of-contact for HRIS, benefits, and compensation inquiries and will provide technical support and expertise to the organization.

Job Responsibilities

HRIS:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all UKG HRIS-related inquiries from end-users and other departments
  • Manage and maintain the UKG HRIS system, including system configuration, security, and data accuracy
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform HR strategy and decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data and reporting
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to end-users and other stakeholders on UKG HRIS-related topics
  • Accurate and timely input organizational changes into the system (i.e. Merit Increase, Incentive Bonuses, promotions, job changes etc.)
  • Troubleshoot reported functional system issues and escalate to third-tier support when necessary

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Ensure timely and compliant administration of all benefit plans, including but not limited to new hire enrollment, life event changes, terminations, leaves of absence, short and long-term disability, 401(k), and COBRA
  • Consult with and provides direction to employees, collaborate with benefits brokers and carriers, review premium payments, and interpret and ensure compliance with Plan Documents
  • Serve as the escalation point of contact for employee benefits questions, including leave of absence and 401(k)
  • Administer compensation policies and programs, including base pay, annual incentive plans, and Equity-Based Incentive Plans, while providing technical expertise on all such matters
  • Manage the annual global merit increase and bonus process
  • Develop cost estimates regarding the financial impact of compensation programs and actions
  • Monitor trends in the competitive market and ensure programs continue to align with organizational objectives and best practices
  • Conduct market pricing efforts of both salaried and hourly compensation practices to most accurately guide the merit review and promotional processes
  • Lead the yearly benchmarking data request for our global compensation data
  • Within our compensation framework, determine appropriate salary grade and FLSA status
  • Conduct ongoing data audits for benefit enrollment administration
  • Participate in the development of the yearly US benefits strategy, obtain approval from executive management, and implement it through the Open Enrollment process, including recommending timelines, developing communication materials, delivering employee presentations, and responding to employee questions

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Bachelor’s degree required (may substitute additional work experience for degree requirement on a 1:1 basis)
  • 3-5+ years prior experience in Human Resources including significant experience in HRIS, Compensation, and Benefits
  • Prior UKG HRIS experience strongly preferred
  • Prior experience with Radford/AON compensation databases strongly desired
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, able to effectively share information with technical and non-technical staff
