About The Job

Twine Freelancers work quickly and efficiently to produce high-quality results. We are looking for a Part-time Graphic Designer for one of the world's largest research and teaching centers.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with up to seventeen start-up teams in a cross-functional setting to understand business requirements and user needs, and translate them into exceptional front-end designs
• Create captivating visual assets, including logos, branding materials, marketing collateral, presentation decks, and digital and print media
• Develop and maintain design guidelines and brand standards to ensure consistency across different projects
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs to meet project objectives.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices, bringing innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team
• Deliver high-quality design assets within designated timelines and project constraint

Requirements

• Successful candidates will fit many, if not all, of the following criteria:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a focus on branding, marketing materials, and visual communication
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar software
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, including a diverse range of projects and styles
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual storytelling
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while adhering to project deadlines
• Familiarity with entrepreneurship or startup culture is a plus
