Gridlock is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to build and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and company growth.

They need someone with expertise in product marketing, analytical management, and exceptional communication skills. You will be instrumental in developing compelling product positioning and messaging across various channels. You will also conduct market research to identify trends and insights and incorporate feedback to drive product changes.



In this role, you will:

1 Collect and analyze user data: Set up data tracking tools, analyze user behaviour, and review app store sales data and user reviews.

2 Website and blog content management: Update website content, optimize for SEO, and create and publish engaging blog articles.

3 Oversight of marketing consultants: Coordinate social media marketing efforts, collaborate on app store optimization strategies, manage paid advertising campaigns, and review blog content created by writers.

4 Develop product marketing strategies: Conduct market research and analysis, perform competitive analysis, and define target audience and segmentation.

5 Collaborate with product managers: Work closely with product managers to develop accurate and compelling product positioning and collaborate on messaging and feature updates.

6 Coordinate product launches and promotions: Plan and execute product launch activities, as well as coordinate promotional campaigns and activities.

7 Monitor marketing metrics and develop segmentation models: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, and develop market segmentation models for targeted marketing efforts.

8 Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with development and design teams for product updates, and provide feedback and input on product enhancements.

Upon joining Gridlock, you will undergo an onboarding process led by the Operations Manager. This process will involve a personality test, meeting the team, familiarizing yourself with the schedule and the friendly environment, as well as meeting the CEO. You will also gain an understanding of the ongoing design efforts and the next steps for the company. While formal training is not provided, the company’s supportive team members are always available to help you adjust, understand expectations, and achieve your goals.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Product Marketing Manager in a mobile or related industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product marketing and innovation. You have a deep understanding of product marketing strategies and possess a keen eye for identifying opportunities to drive innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics. Your ability to collect and interpret data will be crucial in making informed decisions and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record in developing robust customer relations and feedback channels. You have a knack for building strong customer relationships and establishing effective feedback loops to gather valuable insights.
