Peach Orthodontics is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our busy and successful orthodontic practice. You must be enthusiastic, a quick learner, great with people and have a positive attitude. We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent verbal skills and the ability to handle many responsibilities at once. If you love making people smile, this is the place for you!
As a member of our amazing team, you would be responsible for efficiently completing various tasks at the front desk while spreading joy to our patients and their families
Job responsibilities may include:
- Welcoming all our patients with warmth and enthusiasm
- Answering and returning phone calls
- Checking patients in for their scheduled appointments
- Utilizing excellent verbal and computer skills
- Insurance billing and collections
- Insurance verification
- Processing financial transactions
- Accounts payable; balance statements/invoices/payment
- Maintain a clean and organized office that patients love coming to
- Patient Education and Motivation
The position is a full time (30-35 hrs/wk) position working 3-4 days a week. Hours vary from 6:30am to 5:30pm.
Requirements
Due the nature of the position candidates must possess the following qualities/abilities:
- Extremely personable, exceptionally social with a constantly positive and upbeat attitude
- Team before self attitude
- The ability to multi-task in a high paced environment
- Motivated to learn and constantly improve
- Proficient in the use of computers/tablets. Ability to type quickly and accurately.
- Dental experience is not required, but preferred.
- We are seeking an individual with superb interpersonal skills which include the ability to quickly build rapport with patients and their families
