As a Maintenance / Landscaper at JDK Management Company, you will have an important role in ensuring our company's corporate office is well-maintained and visually appealing to guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn maintenance and enjoy working outdoors.
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and weeding.
- Plant and trim trees and shrubs.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Assist with snow plowing and shoveling during winter months.
- Perform regular inspections of all property to ensure a high level of maintenance.
- Assist indoors with small-scale maintenance projects, as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in lawn and/or grounds maintenance is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing.
- Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- Physical ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
- This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefit-eligible position.
- Regular hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
