Role Summary:
In this role, you’ll be tasked with performing essential duties as a part of both the Iontra research team and the product development team. You’ll be responsible for implementing and consistently maintaining a disciplined and planned set of daily and ad-hoc processes and laboratory activities described below in order to advance our technologies and applications. This is a full-time role located in our Centennial, CO office in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business operations and enhance the customer experience.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
- Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical models to support business decision-making to include dashboard and ad hoc reporting.
- Manage the company's data and analytics infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Communicate analytical insights to executive leadership to influence business strategy. Own the entire process breaking down the data for trends, leading analysis and output.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data science.
Requirements
You’ll Need These Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering).
- 7+ years of experience in a data-driven role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven solutions to improve business operations in a battery setting, battery testing, battery grading, battery aging modeling.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning techniques from a electrochemistry perspective.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Domo.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations.

Salary Range: $150k - $200k (salary is based on education, experience, skillset, and market value).
