Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff to ensure all day-to-day standards and procedures are adhered to and delivered at the highest level
- Ensure all administration duties including but not limited to payroll, scheduling and expense/supply are maintained and effective
- Assist in training new staff for all positions
- Assist in making client reservations, check in guests, and offer recommendations or descriptions of services as necessary
- Handle all member/guests interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with the Skincare Studio
- Support the growth of the Skincare Studio by requesting and supporting the creation of marketing campaigns, mailers, updates to the membership program, and all special offers
- Manage an annual operating budget, review financial results, and report progress to the Chief Sales Officer on a weekly basis
- Create staffing models, review work schedules, and approve all personnel decisions
- Create and manage sales sales incentives for the Skincare Studio staff
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in wellness and spa management required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience managing and directing employees in a professional and supportive manner
- Willing and able to operate with a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, intuitive, psychic et al)
- Must be willing to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team and have fun while we work!
Base Salary Range:
$70,000-$85,000 per year (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include work experience and skill level).
