Better Living Senior Assistance is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As an HHA / CNA at Better Living Senior Assistance, you will have the opportunity to provide essential home health care services to clients in Sarasota, FL. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is available for:
Weekly hours: 12 hours
2 hours per day 6 days a week

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor client health and report changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by the supervising nurse.
- Plan and prepare meals in accordance with the client's dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing.
- Provide transportation assistance to the client for medical appointments and errands.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all services provided, and report any client concerns or incidents to the supervising nurse.
Requirements
- Must be a state-certified Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Must be able to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
