Super Soccer Stars is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Youth Soccer Coach. As a Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading and instructing children in a fun, non-competitive environment, focused on improving their soccer skills while promoting physical literacy, socialization skills and confidence. We are looking for applicants with a passion for working with children and a willingness to learn our best-in-class curriculum.
Super Soccer Stars has been the leading youth educational soccer program for over 20 years, providing dynamic coaching to over 100,000 participants nationwide. Our company offers a range of programs designed for children of all ages, including Parent amp; Me and FUN with FUNdamentals programs, an advanced development and competitive play program with Soccer Stars United, and a variety of other offerings including classes, camps, private groups, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, team training, and more.

Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily training sessions for children, focused on promoting soccer skills and physical literacy
- Communicate with parents, providing updates on progress and feedback on their child's development
- Implement curriculum set forth by Super Soccer Stars in a positive and enthusiastic manner
- Work collaboratively with other coaches to teach children the importance of teamwork
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all participants
- Manage equipment and inventory to ensure a smooth and efficient program
- Attend ongoing training and development sessions to enhance teaching abilities and keep up-to-date with company innovations
Requirements
- Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for the sport of soccer
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with children and parents
- Knowledge of basic soccer skills and techniques
- Ability to be a positive role model and promote healthy habits to children
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt and handle changing environments in a high energy setting
- Prior experience working with children in a sports or educational setting is a plus. However, we do provide extensive training to ensure a successful and fulfilling experience for all our coaches
