The Senior Technical Project Manager will play a key role in leading and managing complex technical projects in the SaaS and BPA space within a professional services and consulting environment. This position requires extensive experience in project management and deep knowledge of technical product or BPA technologies. The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring client satisfaction.


Key Objectives

Objective #1: Project Planning and Execution

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables
  • Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
  • Foster a collaborative and customer-focused approach to project execution

Objective #2: Technical Expertise and Solution Delivery

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the SDLC and software development implementations within in a professional services context
  • Provide technical guidance and recommendations to ensure successful solution delivery
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget to the highest level of quality

Objective #3: Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and requirements, and provide strategic guidance
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in technical project management within a professional services or environment
  • Strong background in BPA technologies, with a focus on delivering solutions to clients
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple concurrent complex projects on time and within budget
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Strong client relationship management abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • PMP and / or advanced Agile-focused certifications
  • Completion of Decisions Technical Training within 45 days of hire
