At eJam, we're seeking an energetic, self-starting individual to join our team as an HR Coordinator/Office Administrator. This entry-level role will primarily focus on recruitment, in addition to general human resources functions, office management, and administrative tasks. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment
- Assist in recruitment efforts including posting job descriptions, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand the skills and competencies required for various roles.
- Facilitate the hiring process, conducting background checks and extending offers to qualified candidates.
Human Resources
- Support onboarding activities for new hires and coordinate orientation sessions.
- Schedule and coordinate quarterly check-ins and annual reviews for all team members.
- Help process employee benefits and assist with open enrollment.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Office Management
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment, managing supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist in the coordination of office activities and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Administrative Tasks
- Provide administrative support including meeting preparation and file management.
- Assist in managing building access control, and maintaining a log of keys and security cards.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Interest or basic experience in human resources and office management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information appropriately.
