We are looking for an experienced Extrusion Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating extrusion machines to produce plastic parts according to customer specifications. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Extrusion Operator must also have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics, as well as perform regular maintenance on the machines.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures.
- Monitor the performance of the machine, making adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on the machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the machine, reporting problems to the manager as necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations and to maintain a safe work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production, including tracking and reporting production numbers and documenting any quality control issues.
- Training 730am-4pm Mon-Fri
- Set Schedule (3/4 rotation) 7am-7pm OR 7pm-7am

Requirements
- Must have 3 years minimum of CNC or Extrusion machine operating experience
- Must have manufacturing background/ experience
- Must have stable work history and resume
- Must be a team player and flexible to transition between machinery as needed
- Must be willing to submit pre employment drug screen including THC as well as pass a background check
- Must be willing to stand for 12 hour shifts
- Must be willing to lift at least a minimum of 50lbs when needed
- Must be willing to accept position with demand for great attendance
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English
