El Encanto, A Belmond Hotel, has been meticulously restored to capture all the romance and glamour that endeared it to both the local Santa Barbara community and visitors alike. We are seeking an experienced House Attendant to support the housekeeping department in the cleaning and maintaining of all guest rooms, common areas, public areas and back of house areas to the standard set by Belmond El Encanto. Will ensure prompt response to guest requests.
Requirements
This position requires previous experience cleaning and servicing guest rooms, preferably in a luxury hotel setting. Also required is the ability to respond promptly with attention to detail to ensure that guest requests are fulfilled with complete satisfaction. The ability to speak English in simple sentences is a strong plus.
