The Supply Chain Planning Specialist is part of inMusic Supply Chain and Logistics Department and reports directly to the Business Manager. This role is responsible for assisting in the planning of assigned brands and purchase order management. Additionally, this role will be to provide department and ad hoc analysis in support of the company’s objectives. Working with the Senior Inventory amp; Demand Planners, you will support the Samp;OP process, and work with our logistics team to ensure the timely arrival of goods.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
  • Assist in the placement and monitoring of manufacturing purchase orders to ensure on time delivery of product
  • Monitor demand and inventory levels
  • Validate and maintain accuracy of purchase orders
  • Track the shipment of final products from suppliers to distribution centers
  • Enter price and allocation changes on purchase orders and material master within SAP
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs and raise issues to senior planners as necessary
  • Report to managers on stock levels, issues etc.
  • Communicate with international team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Organized and motivated, ability to ask questions and seek answers
  • Self-sufficient and self-led individual capable of working in complex and fast-paced work environment
  • 1-3 years of experience in Supply Planning or Demand Planning, 3+ years preferred
  • Experience working with international suppliers or manufacturing suppliers required
  • Experience with consumer electronics products highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office amp; ERP environments required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI highly preferred
  • Experience in SAP preferred
  • Proficient in Access, SQL preferred
