Scope of role

ITRS are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join the global sales team. This is a permanent role based in Boston, reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations. The role will be hybrid-remote based in Boston, US.

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will:

As part of the revenue operations team at ITRS, you will manage the assessment, consolidation and refinement of our sales content, methodology and onboarding programme. You will work with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure that all sales enablement materials are aligned with our goals, strategy and messaging. Your main goals will be:

  • Assess the current sales content and consolidate to ensure accuracy and relevance to the sales process
  • Refine and implement a sales methodology to drive consistent, scalable results across the sales team
  • Develop a scalable onboarding programme to ensure that new sales hires are equipped with the skills needed to be successful in their roles
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, case studies, sales playbooks, battle cards, and training materials
  • Work with sales leadership to identify sales enablement needs based on goals
  • Improve adoption of sales enablement programmes by working with sales managers and sales reps to ensure they have the tools they need to be successful
  • Measure the effectiveness of sales enablement plans and iterate to improve results

You have:

  • 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations
  • Project management skills, to prioritise and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Collaboration skills, to build relationships with team members at all levels
  • Analytical skills to analyse data to guide insights and make decisions
  • Experience with content management systems, sales enablement tools, and learning management systems
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, and SPIN selling
