Work From AnywhereFor this position the individual has the flexibility to work anywhere, within the US. About the RoleAs a member of our expanding Growth team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately user acquisition. You will leverage your expertise in digital media, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that our campaigns align with overall marketing objectives and deliver measurable results. You will play the role of a subject matter expert that reports on performance and stays up-to-date on industry trends and opportunities. Your attention to detail and strong project management skills will be crucial in coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables to help us scale our digital media efforts and bring Hinge Health to a broader audience.

- Leverage data and analytics insights to identify and propose new opportunities to reach and convert users from Hinge Health’s audience of 26M+ covered lives.
- Along with our Head of Digital Acquisition, develop and refine a paid media strategy that captures users in all stages of their musculoskeletal pain journey.
- Along with our agency partner, optimize and expand existing paid search, paid social, and programmatic display campaigns.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Analytics, and other internal partners to secure necessary approval and support to launch new paid media campaigns.
- Track and report the results of campaigns, and take accountability for continually improving them.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, ad platform policies, and Hinge Health brand guidelines across all digital campaigns.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns in a B2C lead generation context with a track record of exceeding stated KPIs.
- Comfortable working within industry standard ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic DSPs).
- Familiarity with privacy regulations and up-to-date knowledge on industry trends.
- Experience and familiarity with industry standard analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel), and visualization tools to uncover insights and tell stories.
- Working knowledge of SEO and content marketing is preferred.
- Effective communication and collaboration; you communicate concisely with clarity of thought and operate cross-functionally in ways that elevate the work
