Our Rights Management division acts as a commercial sales resource for iconic sports and entertainment brands globally. A pioneering rights-sales capability, successfully marketing the unique emotion of sport to drive commercial results for rights-owners and record impact for brands.

We have led and closed over $1.5bn in sponsorship rights for some of the world's biggest sports properties, including recent record-breaking deals for Mercedes F1, UEFA Women’s Football, the New Zealand All Blacks, Arsenal, AC Milan and Chelsea.

Scope of Role

Reports to SVP, Commercial Sales. This role will be responsible for leading client relationships with some of the world’s most premium rights holders and delivering the largest deals in sport. Alongside supporting the acquisition of new rights and the enhancing the scope across all Two Circles clients.

You will work in a team of highly sophisticated individuals across analytics, operations, sales and design to assist in the development of world class sponsorship strategies that generate substantial revenues for Two Circles clients. This includes identifying, engaging and securing high value sponsors leveraging the bespoke and premium approach developed by Two Circles.

The Two Circles model is disrupting the traditional in-house approach to sponsor acquisition and is underpinned by exceptional professionalism, entrepreneurial insight, outstanding intellect and unparalleled rigour.

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

  • Leading the day-to-day client relationship; working with team owners, league commissioners, Presidents, CRO’s and CCO’s
  • Managing and building trusted relationships with C-Level executives at key global rights holders and brands
  • Pro-actively source and engage potential sponsors on behalf of clients across a range of categories and geographical regions; select and qualify prospects, securing in person meetings and build relationships
  • Build relationships and influence senior business decision makers across different sectors and markets across the world
  • Successfully executing competitive processes, resulting in the negotiation and conclusion of high-profile sponsorship deals

Requirements

  • A proven track record of delivering multiple sizeable sponsorship deals with premium global rights holders.
  • High levels of influence and persuasion, and experience in negotiation.
  • Confidence to network with C Suite individuals.
  • Significant experience working in a commercial and client facing role.
  • Experience working across different countries, cultures and time zones
  • Build strong trust-based relationships across all management levels and international cultures
  • Customer focused mind-set.
  • Strong communication skills and able to perform well under pressure
  • Quick learner, maintaining an open mind set to different ways of working
