3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, and systems engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical components and systems.

4. Perform detailed analysis and simulations to validate and optimize electrical designs, considering performance, reliability, and cost.

5. Specify, select, and evaluate electrical components, such as sensors, actuators, power supplies, and communication modules.

6. Develop and execute test plans for electrical systems and components, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

7. Support the preparation and review of technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and manufacturing instructions.

8. Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical expertise and support as needed.

9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A PhD or relevant certifications is a plus.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in the mobile robotics, automation, or a related industry.

3. Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, including power distribution, control systems, and communication protocols.

4. Proficiency in electrical CAD tools, such as Altium Designer, KiCAD, or similar software.

5. Experience with embedded systems design and microcontroller programming.

6. Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for electrical systems and components.

7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.

8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
