The Wholesale Lead will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of launching our titles with our wholesale customers including Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc. This includes project coordination, including individual product set-up, helping to control inventory, and internal and external communication.

You’ll help us dominate in the fastest growing marketplace in e-commerce by experimenting with new ways to reach shoppers online, including with Seller Central. You bring operational performance and strategic growth and have a high proficiency setting up new products

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and launch new product items on Amazon.
• Process high volume of orders
• Maintain accurate communications with Amazon Seller Central
• Meet or exceed product sales goals
• Maintain excellent vendor and seller ratings
• Work with cross-functional teams to help create A+ content
• Conduct market research, staying up to date on the latest Amazon trends and industry changes
• Compile reports and provide analysis to identify order issues, billing discrepancies, and shipping problems
• Serve as a liaison between the wholesale team and customer experience and finance

• Develop promotional strategies to drive Amazon traffic to our product and convert traffic to sales
• Monitor and report monthly on campaign performance and optimization.
• Collaborate with Amazon and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver campaigns
• Manage seasonal and holiday focused promotional efforts
• Utilize third party tools to generate reviews and track customer feedback
• Continuous process improvement for the Amazon team

Qualifications:

• Ability to create/manage deliverables in a task management platform (Asana)
• Good understanding of Amazon Seller and customer platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Must be proficient with all MS Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
