Requirements

Qualifications:

Visionary Recruiter: You possess a minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting experience, demonstrating a track record of going above and beyond to identify and attract top-tier talent. Your commitment to being a true 'talent advisor' to the business sets you apart.

Strategic Hunter: You have exceptional sourcing skills, tirelessly building talent networks through various channels and tenaciously seeking out the best candidates.

Effective Communicator: Your strong verbal and written communication skills enable you to build relationships with ease. You thrive on collaborating with internal customers and creating a positive hiring experience for all involved.

Leadership Acumen: You are capable of leading performance feedback and coaching sessions. You foster an environment of growth and development for your team members.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment: Partner with hiring managers and Advocate leaders to drive full life cycle recruiting efforts, particularly focused on hiring for our sales team. Prioritize and hire transformational talent to support Advocate's growth.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales recruiters and an operations coordinator. Foster their growth and support their relationships with hiring managers.

Training and Development: Organize, plan, and execute training sessions for the recruiting team, ensuring continuous improvement and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.

Talent Pipeline: Tenaciously build talent pipelines through networking, employee referrals, cold-calling, events, and other creative channels. Leverage data to inform hiring decisions.

Recruiting Metrics: Report on recruiting metrics to People Operations Leadership, providing insights on hires, interviews, offers, and job advertising costs. Implement novel ideas to reduce cost-to-hire as well as time-to-hire, and help to build an employer brand that allows the business to maintain selectivity in the hiring process.

Partnerships and Collaboration: Proactively develop strong partnerships with Advocate HR Business Partners and Sales Leadership Teams to align recruiting strategies with business goals.

Behavioral Interviewing: Provide continued training for recruiters and hiring managers on behavioral interviewing techniques.

Candidate Experience: Ensure high-caliber candidates are delivered to hiring managers, facilitating robust manager kick-off sessions and interview team prep/debrief sessions.

Innovation: Be bold in creating new ideas to identify, engage, attract, and assess talent into Advocate Construction.
