As a Senior Scheduler, supporting a large Joint DoD Program Office, you will be trusted to review and analyze schedule data to provide accurate forecasts of overall program performance to Program Leadership. You will also generate and develop Government Internal Schedules in coordination with various Program Management Offices (PMOs), Technical Leads, and Program Leadership.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Performing contract level IMS review and analysis of DoD Program's prime contractor performance data including the IPMR, the IPMDAR, and the IMS. Conducting IMS analysis to verify and validate prime contractor(s)’ monthly submittals.
  • Preparing Schedule/IMS Analyses of prime contracts that are reviewed with government program managers and technical leads. Providing schedule-related support to assigned IPTs or PMOs as needed
  • Providing Schedule inputs to various programmatic reporting processes to Government personnel. Performing, preparing, and presenting Schedule metrics and reporting to program leadership as required.
  • Participating and supporting Program Management Reviews (PMRs), and other meetings that review contract schedule performance. Assisting with detailed discussions with prime contractor(s) to gain further insight into schedule performance and to validate project data.
  • Supporting, facilitating, and participating in the establishment, verification and validation of cost and schedule baselines for all Program contracts including but not limited to Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR) and other required reviews.
  • Generating, developing, and maintaining Government Internal Schedules that are coordinated, discussed, and reviewed with various Program stakeholders.
  • Attending daily, weekly, and monthly staff meetings within the program as required.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University
  • Minimum of seven (7) years Scheduling experience.
  • Seven (7) years of Schedule Analysis and/or Schedule Development experience on relevant MDAP (Major Defense Acquisition Program), or other industry equivalent.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products; primarily MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
  • Requires mastery of scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Open Plan, or equivalenet toolset.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera software.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability presenting to Flag Officers and Senior Civilians.
  • SECRET Clearance is required
