Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain building
floor surfaces, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, and spot cleaning
Clean furniture, walls, glass, mirrors, fixtures, machines, and other equipment (e.g., dust, wash, vacuum, and polish)
• Gather and empty trash
• Service, clean and supply restrooms; cleaning and disinfecting sinks, counter tops, toilets and mirrors
• Dusting
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures
• Maintain supply closet
• Window cleaning
• Ability to work at elevated heights using power equipment and around propane equipment
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Experience in Housekeeping, Janitorial services, Custodial, commercial cleaning industry is a big plus.
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, walk, reach, and climb for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. on a continuous basis and occasionally up to 50 lbs. unassisted
• Team player with a positive outlook.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
