As a Client Experience Advocate, you are our clients’ first point of contact and the key to their successful representation. The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring that our clients are well taken care of, and that they receive the best possible service.
Responsibilities
- Urgently respond to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and/or chat.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide "white-glove" service.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Coordinate and communicate with our legal team to ensure efficient delivery and quality of updates to our clients.
- Address client concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Remain up-to-date with all firm procedures and policies related to client experience and support.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience including processes and procedures.
Requirements
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client support.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with case management software is preferred.
