As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing a professional and welcoming experience to visitors and callers alike, setting the tone for the firm's commitment to exceptional service. This role is ideal for someone with administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the legal industry.

• Be the face and voice of our firm, setting the tone for client relationships
• Handle client inquiries and escalations effectively and professionally
• Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are met
• Manage the disbursement process swiftly and efficiently
• Help to boost our online presence by acquiring Google reviews
• Contribute in meetings with more than just your attendance, be an active participant and problem solver
• Identify and suggest improvements to our internal processes
• Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
• Participate in marketing and business development initiatives
• Monitor and respond to client feedback to improve service delivery
• Keep detailed records of all client interactions

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
