Mercedes Benz of Flemington is seeking a Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade Specialist to join our growing team! The Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade department is responsible for driving sales through the service department by presenting opportunities and information to customers about their next car purchase.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Pay: Salary plus bonus structure, usually equating $50-60k/year

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the customers feel welcome and comfortable when arriving at the dealership
- Drive sales goals through the service department by engaging with customers about upgrading their car
- Establish a close relationship with the sales force to provide a consistent upgrade process
- Establish a high level of customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields welcomed, but not necessary
- Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Personable, outgoing, and friendly attitude
