Ciocca Dealerships is looking to add an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to our growing team!

This person will support our Western Region entities, including locations in Harrisburg, State College and Williamsport, to align business objectives to optimize business success through HR initiatives. They will partner with individual contributors and leaders to support employee engagement, employee experience, performance management, and policy administration.

Setting: In-Office
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Compensation: Starting at $65,000 - will commensurate with experience

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Build relationships with department leaders, understanding their individual business requirements and strategies; provide coaching, advice, and support in relation to organizational change, and development
  • Support store level managers and employees in the performance management process
  • Manage and resolves both routine and complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Partner with HR Director and the Ciocca team in the delivery of HR elements of organizational and cultural change activities
  • Work in tandem with regional Career Development Coordinator streamlining new hire orientation and onboarding
  • Assist with ADA, LOA, FMLA and NJ Disability requests.
  • Process workers compensation injures and first report of injury
  • Ensure policies, procedures, and legal requirements are adhered to

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Have a strong knowledge of PA employment law
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience; minimum 5 years of HRBP experience, including experience resolving complex employee relations issues and investigations
  • Ability to work with a diverse array of people, challenge in a nonconfrontational way, and build successful working relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment
  • Willingness to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania
