Key Responsibilities

• Create and Manage Email Funnels in ConvertKit: Take the lead in developing and implementing effective email funnels using the ConvertKit platform. Craft engaging and compelling email content to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Proofread Copy for Edits: Review and edit email and social media copy to ensure it is error-free, on-brand, and resonates with our target audience.
• Automate Email Series: Implement automation strategies to deliver timely and relevant email series to subscribers, enhancing their overall experience.
• Manage Comments, DMs, and Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages on social media platforms, engaging with our audience in a personable and chit-chatty manner.
• Ad Hoc Tasks and Projects: Be flexible and willing to assist the team with additional tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Experience in working with ConvertKit is a must, showcasing expertise in creating email funnels and automation.
• Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, demonstrating the ability to manage engagement and communication effectively.
• Personable and friendly in DMs and comments, able to build rapport with our online community.
• Detail-oriented mindset to deliver polished and error-free copy.
• Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of email marketing tools, social media platforms, and Canva for creating graphics.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of email marketing campaigns and social media management.
• Organized approach to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
• Interest and passion for email marketing and social media, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours during busy periods.
