We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will drive our paid digital marketing, lead our website’s strategic roadmap, and optimize our site for lead conversion. You’re most likely to be successful in this role if you are a motivated self-starter, are fantical about performance and measurement, dig strategy and execution equally, and love A/B testing.

Responsibilities:

Paid Media

  • Partner with leadership and operations to evaluate, analyze, and execute strategies for paid campaigns across search, display, social, etc
  • Determine gaps in current paid strategy, design and execute tests, and present data-driven recommendations that improve customer acquisition and accelerate sales
  • Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance while also establishing benchmarks and recommending future tests.
  • Provide regular performance reporting to the go-to-market leadership team.
  • Manage media investment budget and optimize for ROAS
  • Be the internal advocate for digital best practices. Advise marketing stakeholders on how best to leverage digital opportunities to reach their project or campaign objectives.

Website Management amp; Conversion

  • Lead and own the development and project management of a strategic roadmap for corporate website
  • Define and execute a web optimization strategy, including SOPs, technical requirements, A/B testing, etc to drive conversion and an overall delightful visitor experience
  • Continuously monitor website analytics to identify areas of improvement, and transform insights into goals, plans and executions
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, agencies, and partners to implement site experiences that improve overall campaign performance, conversion rates
  • Partner with brand, SEO, demand gen and product marketing teams to ensure the best web presence for MessageGears and a delightful experience for our buyers

Requirements

  • Expert in ad platforms for LinkedIn, Google, Bing and retargeting (ideally Terminus)
  • Proven experience managing an ad budget and optimizing for ROAS
  • Proficiency in Wordpress CMS
  • Data-driven mindset to drive performance and accountability
  • Exceptional project management abilities with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks and juggle multiple projects at once
  • Typically requires 5+ years of experience.
  • Experience in or consulting for high-growth SaaS companies
  • Familiar with Pardot and/or Salesforce
  • Expert in Google Analytics 4 or an aggressive plan to become an expert
