Job Description
Wider Circle is seeking a Member Experience Outreach Specialist for the Quality Program. In this role, you would be making outbound phone calls. These calls would be to follow up with a member, based on their current status with our program. The goal of this position is to understand why the member is no longer in our program and work to retain them.

Responsibilities
- Ensure the first point of contact with members is positive and professional.
- Contact members and follow up on their enrollment status with Wider Circle
- Follow outreach needs and make calls as needed for member retention.
- Assisting members with Medicare questions and three-way calling to the appropriate person
- Document call outcomes via the customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and ensure follow-up when needed
- Confirm next-day appointments with members and inform associates of confirmed appointments via email; document confirmation outcomes.
- Assist with quality control of member retention
- Communicate with team members to assist in goal setting
Requirements
- Must be Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs, telephone systems, and strong computer skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Suites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully making a large number of phone calls
- Preferred experience working in Medicare or Medicaid
- Excellent work ethic with the ability to work independently and remotely
