The Role:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, to join our Dynamic North America People Team. As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in driving our NA talent acquisition strategy and ensuring we continue to attract and recruit brilliant talent who reflect our brand and values across our corporate office, field, and retail teams.

Role Accountabilities:

  • Lead the North America Talent Acquisition process from end-to-end, from brief to offer.
  • Operate as a strategic partner to our business, become deeply integrated with our key strategic priorities from not only a people lens but a regional and global business lens
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract the right top talent in the industry, utilizing a creative yet commercial mix of sourcing methods (internal candidate referrals, applicable social media platforms, etc.).
  • Ensure a positive hiring experience for our business partners and candidates by providing timely communication, feedback, and updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners, such as job boards, universities, and industry associations, to strengthen our employer brand and expand our talent pool.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, providing insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement and strategic recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of our talent acquisition efforts.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for interviewers to improve their interviewing skills and ensure fair and unbiased selection processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, industry developments, and best practices in talent acquisition to optimize our recruitment strategies continuously.
  • Manage and mentor the Talent Acquisition Specialist, providing ongoing training and development to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to continue development
  • In partnership with the Global team, continually evolving the design and messaging of our employer branding.
  • Committed to actively leading with diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting an inclusive recruitment process to foster a diverse and equitable workforce.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Director, People amp; Facilities. Oversees the Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Requirements

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing the full Talent Acquisition life cycle within a fast pace, ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in leading critical TA strategies
  • Demonstrated understanding of how to operate as a key business partner, providing coaching and guidance to all hiring managers
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities.
  • Proven track record of large volume retail, field, and corporate recruitment, managing multiple requisitions at various stages.
  • Experience working with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Workable specifically is a plus!
  • Strong, effective communicator that can autonomously manage relationships internally and externally.
  • Team oriented and collaborative with the ability to flex to support timelines and deliverables.
  • A problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutions, manage confidential information, and work in an agile environment.
  • A self-starter, consistently motivated, proactive, and resourceful, seeking feedback.
  • Flexible and adaptable style, who can efficiently recruit cross-functionally across different functions and levels.
  • Demonstrate understanding of utilizing creative and effective methods to source quality active and passive candidates.
