The Role
You’ll have an opportunity to join the growing Sales Compensation function at a high-growth company. This critical role will help identify operational efficiencies and deploy solutions to enable our function to scale. Objectives for this role will include driving operational process improvements in compensation quota management, compensation adjustments, quarterly payouts, compensation plan administration, and improving the scalability of our program tools. In addition to daily operations, this position will contribute to the strategy, design, policies, and guidelines of our sales compensation program.
About The Team
Sales Compensation is responsible for timely and accurate calculations and reporting of the company’s go-to-market incentive compensation plans, as well as partnering in sales compensation design. Additionally, we are looking for team members that excel in cross-functional collaboration and communication to continue driving partnerships with our Go-To-Market functions. This position sits within our overall Finance department which is responsible for the overall financial position and health of the business.
Location: This is a remote position within the US.Your Daily Adventures Will Include
  • Support the monthly and quarterly sales compensation payout processes via the compensation tool (SPIFF), including any manual adjustments as needed
  • Communicate results with go-to-market leadership and business partners and participate in the review and approval processes of compensation accruals and payouts
  • Identify operational issues in calculations and review/approval processes and drive timely changes and resolution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Revenue Operations, People, and Go-To-Market leaders to ensure all compensation methodologies, policies, and procedures are properly maintained
  • Ensure resulting quota performance, and payouts are properly communicated and understood by the GTM organizations through accurate and thorough reporting
Our Vision Of You
  • 1-3 years of recent experience in sales compensation
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Prior experience in sales compensation tools (SPIFF highly preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce
  • Desire to learn new systems and processes
  • Passion for applying AI and new technology to sales compensation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields
  • Prior Experience in SaaS sales compensation is strongly preferred
