The opportunity to be the first US based Digital hire as part of our rapid growth in the North American market. Working remotely from the US but part of a wider global Digital and Marketing function based in London.
A specialist digital marketing manager with up-to-date hands-on experience of managing and optimising investment to drive incremental growth in revenue and profitability through Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display.
Crucially applying a unique a specialist knowledge of US and Mexican premium / luxury fashion markets to ensure that we deliver contextually relevant performance marketing that connects our brand with consumers.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with internal Marketing and Trading teams to develop a North American trade/marketing calendar that maximises our brand opportunities at key moments throughout the year and plays into local cultural moments
- Manage the North American paid digital marketing activations in-conjunction with our in-house team and agency partners across paid media channels that include Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display
- Influencing North American un-paid marketing activations based on a unique insight into the customer and market including Email, Text and App Push Notifications
- Use In Platform metrics, Google Analytics and internal data to identify opportunities for performance improvements that balance the need for short term revenue and longer-term brand positioning
- Using the latest best practice in marketing automation, feed optimisation and first party data to win in auction driven channels combined with creative and brand best practice to cut through in a crowded market
- Providing daily, weekly, monthly reporting and insight on channel, customer and investment performance for the North American territory
- Provide market specific insights on key competitors throughout the season to identify new opportunities to increase performance
- Build relationships with North American platform or tech partners (i.e. Google, Meta and Affiliates) that enhance our understanding, adoption and results from existing relationships
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous relevant digital marketing experience, preferably with a luxury/premium fashion brand or in an agency with similar brands within your client portfolio
- Building forecasts and setting budgets in line with commercial objectives
- Excellent working experience of Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, an Affiliate Platform and GA360/GA4
- Managing external agencies to maximise performance and output
- Building strong working relationships with internal teams whilst working in a remote role
- Excellent ability to dilute complex information into strategic insight and actions
- Working in a fast paced, high growth, fashion brand environment
- Spanish speaking would be an advantage
