Our team helps MSP's leverage best-practices and efficiencies across their tools and technologies, to make MSP's more efficient and profitable. ProVal also takes on operational capabilities in managing non customer-facing work for MSP's so they can focus their teams on building customer relationships.
As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibilities include identifying potential customers through prospecting and initiating contact, with the goal of qualifying leads and setting appointments for the sales team.

- Salary: $40,000-$50,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify potential Managed Service Providers (MSPs) through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and industry events.
- Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads by conducting in-depth research on potential partners to assess their compatibility and potential value as part of our network.
- Outreach: Engage with prospective MSP partners through personalized communications to articulate the value proposition of partnering with ProVal Technologies.
- Relationship Building: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to understand their specific needs, challenges, and goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and track all sales activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and opportunities.
- Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our technology services and overall offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective partners.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the Managed Services space to provide valuable market insights.
- Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by scheduling meetings, providing relevant materials, and facilitating communications.
- Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential partners.
- Tech-savvy with a genuine interest in IT solutions and emerging technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales-related tools for lead management and communication.
- Self-motivated to achieve goals independently, yet also excels in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills which effectively prioritize and execute tasks.
