Assure Neuromonitoring is seeking a talented Junior Accountant to join their accounting team in Greenwood Village, CO. This position plays a crucial role in the finance department, handling tasks such as processing invoices, managing accounts, conducting bank reconciliations, and providing financial reporting support. This is a fully in-office position with the potential for 1-2 days of remote work after training.

• Conducting billing processes, and ensuring timely collections for AR.
• Managing Accounts Payable(AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), processing invoices (Netsuite), payments, and maintaining vendor records.
• Performing assigned bank reconciliations.
• Applying new accounting policies and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Undertaking other projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Experience with Netsuite (preferred).
• Strong mathematical abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
