Telehealth Facilitator

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a hard-working, self-driven individual to join our behavioral team as a Telehealth Facilitator.

2 years of experience in the medical/nursing home/behavioral health field preferred.

***Spanish Speaking is a Must.

Applicants must be able and willing to travel between 2-3 facility locations daily.

Job Type: Part Time - 2 to 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Coordinate appointment scheduling
• Ensuring telehealth equipment is working properly
• Facilitation of telehealth connection between client and provider
• Timely connection to telehealth appointments
• Customer Service responsibilities in each client facility

Requirements

• Ability to travel between 2-3 facilities daily
• Current Covid-19 Vaccination status
• Experience operating tablets, computers, and other electronic devices
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent documentation/writing skills
• Ability to meet company deadlines

Benefits

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
