A Talent Acquisition Coordinator assists in the hiring process by providing administrative support, maintaining candidate databases, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the recruitment process.

The Talent Acquisition Screening Coordinator will contribute to the success of The Skin Clique by identifying, attracting, and retaining the best candidates for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
- Conduct phone and web interviews and assist in the selection process
- Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
- Assist teams in screening resumes
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they schedule for interviews
- Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles
- Coordinate background checks
- Participate in recruiting events
- Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- Strong relationship building and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
